How do I send my work to you?
We prefer that you email your work to us at info@editright.com.au. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it is also easier for us to work on an electronic document. If you wish for a hard copy mark-up, all postage costs (if any) are charged to you. Once we have proofread and/or edited your work (either electronically or hard copy), we will provide you with two copies – your original, and our edited version.

How is my work proofread or edited?
We use Microsoft Track Change for documents in Word format. This allows changes to be made to the original text on-screen, and allows the viewer to switch between the marked-up version of the text, the final clean version, and the original.

What sort of turn-around can I expect?
This depends entirely on the length of the document and how busy we are at the time. If the job is urgent, please indicate when applying for a quote. In general, most small documents can be compiled within 48 hours.

Which English language do you use?
We stick to British English, compared to American. For example “centre” is spelt the British way, and “center” is the American way. If we’re in doubt about a word, we refer to the Macquarie Dictionary, then the Oxford.

Do we offer a guarantee?
Submit your work to us with confidence. Editright ensures that the quality of your revised documents will meet your requirements. But if you’re not happy with the results, we will have a second look at your document at no extra cost.
